Operation Duck Rescue II: Return of the Sewer Drain

About 3 months ago, we posted a video of a few of our employees rescuing a couple of trapped ducks from a sewer drain on our YouTube page with an accompanying blog post on our website.  As it turns out, you can’t teach an old duck new tricks (or something like that) because early this morning, in that same sewer drain, we found two more trapped baby ducks. And like a sequel to a cheesy action movie, the boys were on the case again.

Armed with only their brute strength, a mop bucket, broom and razor-sharp thinking skills, the rescuers removed the ducklings from the unforgiving sewer drain and immediately reunited them with their mother and the rest of the flock. The first time around, we were unable to locate the mother until later that afternoon. Fortunately, this time the mother was near and based on her reaction she was overly thrilled to reunite with the two lost youngsters.
