   Harry Black won an incredible $31.7 million in the lottery. But the way he accomplished it is even more amazing. As the BBC reports, Black, from British Columbia, won the money thanks to his purchasing two tickets with identical numbers. “This is a wonderful surprise to all of us,” said Kevin Gass of the British Columbia Lottery. “While it’s not known how many people buy identical tickets for a draw, it is the first time in the company’s recollection that we’ve had this unique sort of win.” Click below to read more!
   

2. Court Orders Florida To Review Their Drug Testing Policies

   Specific government job categories must be considered for mandatory drug testing in Florida, an appeals court concluded in a ruling that said a judge went too far in blocking enforcement of across-the-board public employee screening ordered by the state’s governor. The U.S. Court of Appeals in Atlanta said in its ruling that a Miami federal judge must reconsider the matter, and weigh, for example, whether employees who carry firearms or operate heavy machinery or large vehicles may be subjected to the required tests. The 19-year-old Canadian pop singer is threatening to sue house guests for a whopping $5 million if they post pictures or comments online about their visits to his California residence. 6. FMIT Issues $20 Million Bond For Hurricane Claims

   A Florida insurance trust that provides property insurance and other products to cities around the state has issued a $20 million private placement catastrophe bond to help pay claims due to hurricanes. Towers Watson Capital Markets, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Towers Watson, said that the bond, Sunshine Re 2013-1, was issued on behalf of the Orlando, Fla.-based Florida Municipal Insurance Trust.
